  4. Frequency of Occurrence:
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Call recorder version : 6.08.4

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.


I have not been able to hear the sound of the person to whom iam talking. Sound is not audible after recording the calls. Even after increasing the volume,the sounds gets cracked. Kindly help
