Hi everyone!

I'm Namrata Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland and I recently got the Zenfone 12 Ultra and noticed some overheating during 4K video recording and gaming. I’ve updated to the latest firmware, but the issue persists. Is this a common problem, or could it be a hardware issue? Any tips to reduce heat or recommended settings to optimize performance without throttling?

It is normal for a phone to get warm while filming in 4K since there is a lot of processing going on.

For how long are you filming? Longer periods can make the phone get very hot.
