go to other computer
solution is simple , download the windows 10 1909 64bit iso
insert USB 16gvb pendrive
download RUFUS v3.9 software , run it as admin
choose the iso file , choose partition style as GPT , choose target system as UEFI ( non csm)
keep as settings as default .
click to start , wait for 15 minutes to complete . click close once complete .
insert the usb bootable pendrive to new laptop, go to bios , disable SECUREBOOT , ,enable usb controller in advanced menu , some where is there , save and exit .
press boot menu , choose uefi usb pendrive , click to proceed .
Thank you, that did the trick, was it due to the windows version?
Because windows 10 has UEFI support , so we must do this trick for those dont have CSM option in bios.
