  • Hola yo presento el mismo el mismo inconveniente estoy en Whatsapp de pronto a cambio de aplicación a Facebook o a algún juego y se congela y se reinicia enseguida ya proble con la actualización de android 9 a 10 y sigue el mismo inconveniente se me reinicia al rededor de unas 10 veces al dia ya estoy desesperado no se que hacer.

  • Creo que tu unica opcion va a ser resetear a 0 el telefono (perderas todo, asique backupea tus documentos, contactos y fotos, las apps despues las descargas de la store). Cuando lo hayas reseteado y hecho el backup, empeza a descargar e instalar las apps.

    Si haciendo esto, el telefono se te sigue reseteando, dudo seriamente que sea un tema de software y llevaria tu telefono a reparar.

  • I have reset my phone twice and also do deep clean.. but still the issue remains.. and downgrading the software should not be the solution. Just provide soltn with a stable update. Or check what is wrong and make it right. We didn't invest our money to ajdust these things.

    Of course you shouldn't downgrade, totally understand that. But not everyone is having this issue, so i think the problem is to know what is causing it first before it can be fixed. (i.e. i don't get this issue, but that's not helping you)

    Therefore as per @Gustav_ASUS post, it was indicated to take your phone to service centre. It's on page 5 of this post.

    El legítimo ROG 2 tendrá garantía. Lo que haría es contactar a la compañía de la que trajo el teléfono. Para ayudar a los moderadores aquí, probablemente valga la pena decir de dónde trajiste el teléfono, para que puedan ayudarte a localizar un centro de servicio (aunque no sé si pueden).

    ronald1985: Legitimate ROG 2 will have warranty. What I would do is contact the company you have brought the phone from. To help moderators here, it's probably worth saying where you brought the phone from, so they can help you locate a service centre (i don't know if they can though).

    En ese caso, no sé cómo funciona si estás en el extranjero. Probablemente piense que necesitará contactar a la empresa a través de Amazon y podrían pedirle que envíe su teléfono al centro de servicio donde se encuentra esa empresa.

    Tendría este problema si mi teléfono no funcionara ya que fue llevado fuera del país en el que estoy.

    ronald1985: In that case, I don't know how it works if you're abroad. I would probably think you will need to contact the company via Amazon and they might ask you to send your phone to the service centre where that company is.

    I would have this problem if my phone was not working as my phone was brought outside of the country i am in.

    I don't have a log tool as I am just a normal user like everyone else here. The reason why people are being asked to visit a service centre so it can be checked out on the device itself.

    Update for newcomers to this thread:

    As explained before, many cases so far point towards hardware related issues. We advise you to visit a service center if you're frequently experiencing freeze/restart issues with your device.

    We're aware that some countries still have lock-down rules in place due to the ongoing pandemic. If this applies to you, please contact your local service center as a first step.
