I download a third party camera app from Google play, just use that for video and it works . And today I was playing around with the original camera, and the video recording works again . I don't know how that happen but it works fine now. Just Try!

Force stop Google App, clear it's cache, reboot and then check.
If clearing cache doesn't help, try the same with deleting data too.
Any solution? Because i have try and video recording still error

You can try to install another application to take photos and videos.
I installed Google Camera 7.0 and it works for me, including video recording.

There is no special version for Rog Phone, but you can use version for Zenfone Max Pro.

Nope it's actually caused by the voice search function. Just disable voice match setting and video recording works again.
