My device is ZC550KL,8939 CPU,

When I see movies in pen drive on this mobile,bellow error seen.
can't properly play this file due to an unexpected error has been occurred.
Above issue start,what is solution ?

Hi there, kindly try using another pen drive and see if the same error occurs, and use this pen drive in another device and see if the problem exists. Also check if the OTG cable is working properly and you can transfer files to the device.

I shall use this pen drive in other HONAR 9X device,then error isn't occurred.
But error only in ASUS device.
Is it software issue or default in pen drive ?

This pen drive works fine in another HONAR 9X device,but error occurs in only ASUS device.
OTG cable is good connected.
Files also transfer from pen drive to device.
Is it software issue of ASUS or hardware issue ?
