When I see movies in pen drive on this mobile,bellow error seen.
can't properly play this file due to an unexpected error has been occurred.
Above issue start,what is solution ?

I already done,factory data reset and wipe cache partition.is it pen drive issue or device issue ?

try using different video player like mx player

I also used MX player ,but above error is show.
Is pendriv issue or mobile issue.
I also tried factory reset and wipe cache also.
