As expected, the 4100 mah battery got me through 2 days of moderate usage with some YouTube and gaming. However today, Im not too sure but I noticed the battery draining 2% suddenly at times. Is this a software issue? Cause i had no software updates between today and yesterday, and I had a full charge last night. Hello pakistanmurdabaadsala, Good day. Could you tell me which firmware are you currently on? (settings> system >about phone > software information >software information) Please charges the battery more over than 30 minutes even the battery percentage gets full before use. Have you launched large apps at the same time? Thank you.

I have purchased a new zen phone max phone but whenever I tried to connect it with my windows 10 PC, my windows 10 startup not working and I am not able to find out the exact issue. Kindly let me know if anyone has an idea about it.
