This is their standard response, but then nothing happens or changes. They don't care about us at all and what happens to our devices after their crooked updates.

The fix made in Android 9 needs to be integrated into Android 10. This is a serious problem and should be fixed as soon as possible. Please let me know when this error could be fixed in your technical team.
