Update notification not showing after the phone restart

After downloading the android 10 beta 4 update file I.e..,.432 I was unable to receive
update notification after the phone restart
If anyone knows the solution please guide.

It should not be in any folder. I assume the file is not in download folder.
If you are still facing the issue try to clear the cache of FOTA services app which you can find going to settings - apps and notification - See all apps - ( in the top right 3 dots select show system apps). Then you can see FOTA Services. Clear the cache and force stop the app. Now restart.
For a safety remove PIN, fingerprint etc before installation.
