Frequency of Occurrence: Daily
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): System software issue

It happens daily when I open an app by mistake or open a wrong app by mistake and to close it I tap button to open background running apps .
It's very irritating screen hangs for 15-20 seconds and then a dialogue box as shown below comes.
Please fix it ASAP it's now happening very frequently.

This happens to a lot of users and started happening since Pie upgrade last year. Asus never acknowledged it neither they tried to fix the same. They always replied to visit service center for a check up of the devices. It might be caused due to a hardware malfunction for a particular batch.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.
