Reverse charging issue

Phone is not getting charged Everytime needs to restart the device to get charge and that too it's will charge at very slow rate takes 8 to 10 hrs .

Asus please give only battery solution update so I can use it nicely and for long time and charging problem also .
As when I purchased it take 1 hr 30 min to full charge but now after pie update it takes 4 hrs to charge and not stand till 10 hrs
Yes when I use on charging like calling it decreases the battery while charging
