Not seeing caller ID

When someone is calling to me, I'm only hearing incoming call sound, but cannot see caller ID who is calling to me. When I open the phone app or true caller, I'm not seeing the incoming call details. Can anyone provide solution in this?

Not seeing caller ID

update google dialer and google contact
and clear system cache
if it doesn't work there is an inbulit calling screen option in true caller u can activate it

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1 . Update the Google dialer and Contacts app
2 . Go to the Settings => Apps => Call App => Clear cache and storage.
3 . Check for permissions if all are allowed in Call App.
4 . If still you face the issue
