Hey There ,
Actually I'm having issues with this version of software 061 , my phone is heating too much on normal usage and while charging Also , and when playing games the heating is too much and even performance goes down , i tried to update it to android 10 but the rom is not applicable for this version and also it is not being downgrade to previous version I'm helpless because off of the service centres are also closed so please help me what should i do ?

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Check for the latest firmware version. Click here: https://www.asus.com/in/Phone/ZenFone-Max-Pro-M1-ZB601KL/HelpDesk_BIOS/
2. Clear system cache.
3. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
4 . If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.
