getting a warning message and battery is not charging above 0%

whenever i restart or switched on my phone it shows a warning message as not trusted device and tell me to visit the site.. it has been showing since 6 months i wont be able to contact to the service centre they give so bad service they dont respond as well. and now from last 3 days my battery is not charging above 5%.
