Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Max Pro M1
Firmware Version:. 87
Rooted or not: na
Frequency of Occurrence: regularly
My phone is not charging rapidly from some days & it is taking more than 3 hours to full charge.

Using asus provided adapter & cable.

Please assist

Fast charging stopped
Try any other 10W charger with different cable and wait for 5 minutes if your device shows charging rapidly then u should change your original data cable or adapter
Note- MPM2/MPM1 does show (charging rapidly) when your :battery:% is above 65%

1. Kindly let us know the Charging time taken from 0 - 100%.
2. What's the charging time difference between the current & previous update.
3. Try another charger & let us know if there is any difference.
4. Use the ASUS charger on a different phone & let us know the difference.

1. Charging time is 3 Hours 30 min for 0-100%
2. 0.87 Android 9 is the last update after that no update received. So previously on same version mobile was getting fully charged in 2 Hrs 30 Min
3. On another charger mobile is getting fully charged in 10 Hrs.
4. After using asus charger on different phone that is getting fully charged in 10 ~12 Hrs.
