Facing Issue after Using Developer Option In A10 432

I'm Using A10 432 build number when I'm opening Developer option my Phone will start hanging after 10-20 Min.
I was formate may Devices know it's working fine bt I Didn't open Developer option
give some solution for this issue

Thank you for your asking. My device with firmware version V432 works fine in "Developer options".
1. Have you ever unlocked or rooted your device?
2. Does the device still hang in "Developer options" after performing the Factory Reset?
