Christine_ASUSThank you for your asking. As Anandu mentioned above, kindly check your USB settings, after the device links on the PC with USB, tap the notification as below for further settings. Besides, try to change another cable.
Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
If the situation remains the same, kindly provide us the video of the process for further checking.
