Ok I am facing this from months Please someone help me to solve this asap
Few months back my phone (MaxProM2) original battery was dead suddenly
So I replaced the dead battery with the new one from the Asus authorised service centre. The problem with the new battery was it was draining fast when ilde so I restricted over 15 apps still got no luck.In addition to this problem a new problem emerged
When using my phone I noticed the battery percentage will 2% Directly like suppose my battery percentage is at 44%.It will be stuck at 44% for some time(9-11mins usually) then it will directly drop to 42%.
So I replaced my old battery with new one today and the problem still exists
Someone please help!!

1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue
factory reset your phone after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

Whenever I approach Asus for help through Twitter or anything, they simply say these standard procedures to try safe mode, clear cache etc. and finally ask us to replace the battery.
But I definitely feel that there is some build issue in Android 9 regarding this which Asus developers has to fix. Because this issue started happening only after the Android 9 update.
This is really killing an otherwise good experience with Asus and making us to consider other manufacturers when buying next phones
