Dont update to jan patch update will turn your phone signal to this and you need to wait for the next update to fix this issue wont return to normal even if you reset your phone xD

still in india they already fix the battery and touch issue but their is new issue the signal xD overlapping

But it doesn't happen to me, i have updated to latest build 186
