bhanuI did not receive any further email or calls from asus india. I was extremely annoyed, but later i did went to the service centre (24th june) and there they told they got a circular stating this zenfone maxpro m2 issue the night before, and told most probably my warranty will be extended since it expired 2 months ago.. you get any confirmation mail from asus team to your service center guys..... please inform i also struck on the same issue for mail only service center didn't receive any mail from asus team

sadashivBro whatsapp me..i want to ask somthing about your issue..Hi All, after continuous follow up with rc India and Asus apac service center, I got confirmation mail that they are going to replace motherboard with free of cost. Thus service will be till 30th June 2020.
I went to service center in Bangalore to submit my phone but they were asked mail directly from ASUS. Then I called customer care and handover to them and they convenced and finally accepted my phone.
But they need approval from internal ASUS team to proceed. Today I got confirmation call that, they approved it.
As per call center, I might get my phone by tomorrow or Monday. But I need to check with service center about the status.
Thanks for the Asus team for the support.
