well i was using my asus zenfone max pro m2 as always,then suddenly it swiched off and when i tried to turn it on from then its not moving from the asus logo screen
for troubleshooting i tried to wipe catche partition but the recovery mode is not working , whenever i try power button along with volume down button, still phone shutting down and again its stuck on the asus logo screen
kindly fix this issue asap cause its so annoying and i am not able to use my phone completely beacause of it

They just provided one job sheet. I guess nothing seems to be tracked.

If that doesn't work, you can simply enter your Mobile's Serial Number on that comment post,where you can see the repair status

I went to service center in Bangalore to submit my phone but they were asked mail directly from ASUS. Then I called customer care and handover to them and they convenced and finally accepted my phone.
But they need approval from internal ASUS team to proceed. Today I got confirmation call that, they approved it.
As per call center, I might get my phone by tomorrow or Monday. But I need to check with service center about the status.

sadashivGood to read that, atleast someone is finally getting the issue resolvedHi All, after continuous follow up with rc India and Asus apac service center, I got confirmation mail that they are going to replace motherboard with free of cost. Thus service will be till 30th June 2020.

when you handover your defective device to service centre, you must have receieved a acknowlegement slip through which you can track the status about the phone?
