Asus zenfone max Pro m1 .063 update Extreme battery draining problem.

Hello Asus,

I have been facing extreme battery draining problem since I updated to the latest version .063. This update has ruined my mobile experience. I m getting 1 hour of screen on time and that is perhatic. Mobile is also heating a lot. Average temperature of my mobile remains around 43°C. It feels apps are battling to each other inside the mobile all the time. Even if I don't use my fully charged mobile for 7hours (during sleep), my battery goes to zero.

Charging time has also pethatically increased. It takes forever to charge if I keep my internet on during charging. Buttttt when I turn off the internet connection, mobile gets fully charged in approx 90 minutes only. And if I use my mobile during charging (while keeping data on) , charging percentage decreases instead of increasing.

Everything is fine except this issue. I love this phone, it used to be really great in terms of battery performance. Please fix this problem in next update or I'll have to sell my mobile.

Note: last 2 updates (.061 and .063) ruined the experience. And battery was working superfine in previous versions prior to .061.

Received an update today and installed. Too early to say if battery drain issue is fixed.

I think so bcs yesterday night my Phone's charge was 35 and today it become 33.
Which means solved i think bcs only 2% Drained.
But earlier it was draining 10% to 20%.
I ll check today also if it is fine i ll comment here!!!

Guy's Update Your max pro m1 with latest update build no 87.
Because It solves my idle battery draining in night.
I have checked it for 2 days.
At first day 35% was at night and next day it was 33%.
Yesterday night battery was 4% and today morning 4% .
So i think idle battery draining issue solved.
And i found another issue solved speaker's volume issue, Now speaker is having better volume than earlier.
Screen on time showing 10 hour 30 mins till 4% .
By using small Games for 1 hour YouTube for 3 hours and Rest Normal Day to Day life apps.
So i think this update is Best for max pro m1!!!

I knew I shouldn't comment too early.
Two days after update the idle drain problem seemed to have improved very significantly but just last night again there was huge battery drain thru the night in Airplane mode!
So the issue still hasn't been properly fixed. Asus is the pits! 😡
Also screen on time seems noticeably less than what I was getting before the battery killing update.

Yes bro after the update for first 3 days my battery didn't drained in night working well.
But yesterday night my battery drained 15% .
Now need to check in switch off mode.
I already changed the battery and i need to go service center before the warranty is gona expire..
Will check today in switch off condition.
