Zenfone 9 Camera Problem

I suddenly have this issue on Zenfone 9.

Whenever I open camera, it's lagging. even when I move my phone a bit, it's lagging again. I dont know what's happening right now.

I'm the next one with the same issue, it started about one month ago. Is it for service (motherboard replacing?) or software bug, any answer from Asus side?

not sure if it's a motherboard replacing or something, I've sent the log file to them, still no information yet

OMG I also had this camera problem with my Zenfone 9. I bought this phone on February 2023, th first issue appeared on November 2023. Until now, it can not be fixed. I reckon that the camera hardware is broken, I have taken the phone to get service but much service counter can not help so much. How about your phone now? Is the camera working now?

many people has this issue actually, and we've sent the log to Asus, but still no information yet.

and also, the camera is still not working.
