Unable to unlock Bootloader on Zenfone 9 and Zenfone 10

 Because the bootloader could not be unlocked on Zenfone 9, I decided to write to Asus Support to be told when it would be possible to unlock the bootloader on Z9 and Z10. The response I received was that it would no longer be possible to unlock the boot on any of these phones. Upon receiving this news I decided not to buy the Z10. I think it is a big mistake that Asus has decided that the boot cannot be unlocked. I don't know if they will change their mind, but there will be many of us who decide NOT to buy it.

I understand that it is not available. But the mail Asus sent me clearly stated that unlocking would no longer be possible in the future.

It seems not good for Zenfone 9 & 10 users. We need to put pressure on Asus. They can't just remove this possibility. I will definitely return my Zenfone 10 if it is true. Asus keeps us in dark and they haven't sent any official information about this. I suggest everyone with Zenfone 9 & 10 to write and ask Asus support team about unlock bootloader possibility.

exact. It should be protested to Asus. Hopefully someone from Asus support will read our complaints and react. Maybe they are able to say that they have to be written individually to unlock the button of each device
