It jus happened today, the Screen Transparency stayed on Home Screen. My phone has the latest software update available ending with .113 and the phone is not rooted. Screen video attached.
Looks like its stuck in the zoomed out state where you can change background or add widgets. Try and hold a finger on the screen or zoom out as an attempt to trigger it again. If that doesnt work a simple reboot could fix it.
