ROG Cetra True Wireless

I am having connection problems with  the ROG Cetra True Wireless Headphones, sometimes it doesn't connect and sometimes connect to one earphone only.  My Zenfone 9 build number is WW 33.0804.2060.73 and is not rooted, it happens often

Does this happen with other wireless headphones? If you can, please test to see if this issue replicates with another pair. Also, I suggest testing the headphones with another device to rule out issues with the headphones.

I don't have this problem with the Samsung Galaxy Buds, it only happens with the ROG Cetra True Wireless Headphones.
