Asus Data Transfer App fails to transfer data from/to my Samsung phone. Anyone having the same problem? My phone has that latest update available, no rooted and it happens often.

I can't connect the  ROG Cetra True Wireless Headphones to my Zenfone 9. This connection problem happen often. I have the latest software update available today on my phone, the phone is not rooted.
