Always On Panel shows notification icons of applications added to Focus Mode

I have enabled Focus Mode for the Outlook application. Focus Mode has blocked notifications for this app. But when I lock the phone, there is an icon of the Outlook application on the Always On Panel because I received an email. There should be no Outlook icon on the Always On Panel when it is added to Focus Mode. When I unlock my phone there is no Outlook notification.
