i am using asus zenfone 8 and just after 2 years, one day wifi hotspot not working, what a disappointing device this turns to be, and no bootloader options, my 10 years relationship with asus zenfone starting from zenfone 2 ................ asus is disappointing now.... Hope asus will respond, please apart from usual replies like " please try reset / turn on and off wifi" etc. plaese help me solve this ...
Requesting asus to reply, and help me resolve, or help me with a downgrade to 12 or something, or help with bootloader, please !!!!
FYI, i did the factory reset which made me lossall data, and still, no use...

I am really sad about condition of my phone now, ASUS called me that they will service my phone with warranty and i sent my phone to them and there was no news after that i waited almost a week and i called them and they are saying that they might charge me on water marks perhaps !! seriously?????????? this is a joke because if they do that i will go filing a case because i have proof there is no such. I took the phone the best way and it was NEVER EXPOSED TO WATER EVER !!!! i changed the battery one month ago in the most reputed shop near beacuse of bulging of the first and i made a check of the phone and verified all parts are well maintained.
I am really DISAPPOINTED !!! I have talked with the agent and he told me he understand me, and he will talk,
My phone is all perfect except the WIFI and HOTSPOT, everything else was PERFECTLY FINE , please . tell asus dont blame me for something if they could not resolve it, i am afraid if new problems are being created !!!
PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY !!!!
