ZenFone 8 (I006D) >>>"failed to unlock the device please try again"

Hi all,
When I try to unlock my device
(Asus Zenfone 8 ZS590KS I006D)
using the unlock tool
(AsusUnlock_1.0.0.7_210127_fulldpi.apk)
it says "failed to unlock the device please try again [21003]"!
Can anyone tell me what to do please?

My Android version is WW-31.1010.0410.43
Android 12
