wifi not work zenfone 8 after android 13 upgrade

exactly 1 year of using asus zenfone 8 suddenly wifi doesn't work, hotspot doesn't work, and GPS doesn't work properly. all this started when I upgraded to android 13.
the warranty has ended suddenly an event like this happened. can I get an additional warranty?
previously I never experienced problems while using android 12

I don't know but I read some user on reddit their have similar issues like this. Sent to Asus service center and change the motherboard. After that the phone can use normally.

That's completely ridiculous - an os upgrade shouldn't need a different motherboard to work. I'm a software developer and I've worked on system software (though not on phones), and any requirement like that would be because Asus has no idea what they're doing.

An os release has to work perfectly on the device (including the motherboard) it was built for. Why would Asus release an os update that didn't work on their own phone? That would completely eliminate the usefulness of upgrade. This is a software bug and Asus needs to fix it.
