Volume goes down to 0 when connecting to vehicle Bluetooth

Once connected to my car Bluetooth the volume goes down to 0. The music is playing but on mute and I always have to increase the volume. Tried disabling an absolute volume without any luck.

I also mentioned that volume gets lower if I connected to my Amazon Echo. You can create an automation for example in MacroDroid or Tasker.
Connected to specific Bluetooth device>increase volume to 100%

This is something that your car is doing. There's no setting/feature in our phone that sets volume to 0 when connecting via Bluetooth
