It's a real bummer, I really like the phone. And I can't believe it died on me
What do I do from here? Contact the reseller?

grzegorz.maruchaBuddy, those phones have been dying since august. Only that the ramdump message is not showing now (I can guess that it turned into a corrected one on purpose to reassure users)https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/194562#Comment_194562
Weird. Some software problem? Phones dying after last update...

daniel91mWelp, if it is on purpose it would be nicer to have a massage to back all the F up and bring into a repair centerhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/194710#Comment_194710

Cause I lost some files that there is no way in hell to recover and 30 gigs of music that I paid for (it's on the platform I bought it from but still it's a pain in the ass to download again)

Finger print scanner used to be annoyingly slow which was frustrating as no reviews had mentioned that being an issue but after the repair its significantly better.
Can confirm that battery life / SoT is also improved even with it set to high performance. Something I avoided doing before because the battery life was so poor.
Phone absolutely zips now and much more pleasant to use than before so I'll be keeping it. Looking forward to the pretty timely Android 12 update later this year.
That said, it's ridiculous that they made a phone that will just die on you and they have zero local presence to get you up and running again quickly enough. If I was abroad and it just died like that... 🤷:female_sign:
