Hello, may I get help please? Was using my Zenfone 8 to take photos when it went black and ramdump error popped up. Phone will no longer charge, switch on, no light whatsoever. Seems like ramdump is a common issue from reading the other posts on here. Phone is no longer under warranty (purchased on 21/05/22). Have tried locating serial number but cannot seem to find it anywhere on the external front and back of phone. No longer have the original packaging box to refer to. Would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice.

You may need to check if you still have the box from when you purchased the phone to find the serial number information. If you cannot find it, it is recommended that you take the phone to a repair center for further inspection.

Thank you Falcon. Would've been ideal if I have the original box the phone came with, unfortunately, that's not the case here. Either way appreciate you getting back to my query. Will do as advised

Hello again Falcon,
Brought phone to ASUS repair centre as advised. I was quoted out of pocket for motherboard replacement for the ramdump issue. May I know what are my options given that my Zenfone 8 is out of warranty? I'm pretty sure this is the case for many others given the release year of the Z8 model. Thank you
