Sound and Vibration ?

How to turn off sound and Vibration for a user/friend to me?
I have turned off the volume/sound but when the person call or sms me then it still vibrates, so how to turn off even the Vibrate, is it possible ?

If you want to disable sound and vibration system-wide, just press the volume key -> press the button above the volume slider and set it to mute.

Yes please, i would want to mute just for that contact.
Means: no sound and no vibration, how to do this?
