Service Centre for Zenfone 8 it's showing waiting for flashing full rumdump

My Asus Zenfone 8 is out of warranty. I need paid service for my hand set. Now it's are dead mood and no charging or not showing any power after connect by changing. Last time before dead it's showing waiting for flashing full dumdum.

Whare I get service available for problem and how much cost for it's with service charges

Good morning and thank you for your email I informed to you my phone is out of warranty. In that case I want paid service for my Asus Zenfone 8z. But I have not locat any service centre they will served me. My location is west bengal. I also agree to take service from out of west bengal but via courier. Please suggest me if possible.
