New Phone and it feels like under screen when i type or put fingers on screen something's loose

This is not something i've experienced before but from the time i first typed or attempted to use the phone, there feels like something's wobbly or moving around under the screen! It's as if (my first thought) battery loose?

Purchased on 7/19  and finally this week obtained phone service 8/3

I didn't know how to update my own posting about this issue that after contacting Asus last night to find out that this is a common process that is by default in the settings to untick this certain vibration that by doing that-no problem!
