More sudden death

Phone was fine

I was taking a video, and suddenly - black screen.

nothing brings it back. phone was bought March 2022. I'm going back to the shop i bought it from for an Australian Consumer Law refund for a major fault that Asus cant make phones that actually last long enough to justify their premium price.

Crap work Asus. Crap work.

That's a bugger. I'd agree it is a major flaw - good luck, hope you get your refund.

so, a refund.
Tis a huge shame though. Asus should just stop being jerks about it and do a recall on all ZF8 and give everyone a ZF10 for free or a refund. Theyre a ticking time bomb. I was considering an Asus laptop for my next one, but now, no way.

I bought my ZF8 in June 2022. Bricked itself in Dec 2023. Reported & fixed Jan 2024 - I have it back now returned within 2 weeks of sending it off, and is working.

I agree that it is a major flaw - and is a known flaw at that. Hope that you get a refund.
