Zenphone 8 (ASUS_1`006D) 33.0210.0210.210

The new ITVX app (UK television) does not install from the play store, I get a message saying 'This app won't work for your device' and there is no option to install it.  I have checked with ITVX developers and they say that the message shows that it is a problem with the phone.  Does anyone know if there is a workaround?

I'm not sure what this could be but I can tell you that ITVX works fine on my Zenfone 8.
