How to change notification dot color or get notification badges

Currently my notification dot color is light blue. How do I change it to another color.
Or ideally how can the notification show badges with the number of notifications

Long press homescreen where there is no icon.
Press the "Preferences" icon, (bottom right icon).
Press "Home screen"
Press "App icon badges"

And find the different variants the ZenUI Launcher is able to show. Please note this might not work seamlessly with all apps , it really depends also on the app.
