Dark Mode Issue

Whenever dark mode is on, there are places where the dark parts are white with white text on them which causes me not to being able to read anything. I've seen this done to YouTube most of the time. Also, when viewing a black and white picture, the picture is inverted, and this happens to every black and white picture.

Can you please check if you have enabled "Force dark mode" in settings > display > system color scheme? If this is enabled, please disable it. 

Additionally, please check if you adjusted the settings under settings > accessibility> color and motion settings. 

We couldn't reproduce this issue, so it may be due to your current settings.

I checked those settings and they were not on/enabled. I also tried turning them on and off to see if that could be a solution but no luck.
