Frequency of Occurrence: Often Mostly on All Apps except Calculator (Very Ofter on Certain Apps ex: Youtube, X, Reddit, AfkJourney)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):

Reboot Device, Safe Mode (Still Occurring)

Please Help, can't do anything efficiently with it..

*edit : been done tried repaired on service (not ASC) but still none

Unfortunately, if the issue persists in Safe Mode, it is likely that there is a malfunction with the screen touch. It is recommended that you take the phone to a service center for further inspection.
