Bricked Zenfone 8

Woke up to my Zenfone 8 being completely dead and unresponsive. I first thought it was a problem with the battery or something, but seeing the threads that keep piling up here, i suspect my phone did an update during the nigt and bricked itself.

I don't want to scare you but 99,9% you lost all your data. I had black screen like you - motherboard with memory to be replaced.

I figured, guess i should curb my expectations going forward. Sucks that Asus has destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of my property pluss my phone, and i have zero rights for any form of payback.
