Local service center sent me the quotation about the component going to repair.
It included motherboard, and the camera. Funny thing is I tried downgrade the OS before sent to service center for diagnostic, the flip camera was working well in the downgraded OS.
It feels like user tell the service center what is wrong with the phone and the service center just going to replace the component.
