Firmware Version: android 10
Rooted or not: not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: when I don't use the phone for sometime
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):n/a
I recently switched from another android phone to a zenfone 7 and started to experience call and text issue. When phone is unused for some time all calls goes straight to voicemail and I don't receive any text messages untill I make a call and all text messages starts to work and phone calls work for sometime. As a side note my signal is full and I'm connected to wifi. My phone carrier is t-mobile.
