I'm in Italy with T Mobile (prepaid) and have "no service". Can't receive/send phone and text messages, let alone have internet. Roaming is enabled and everything is good. Out of options I try one final thing, place the sim card in another phone (Xperia 5V) and magically I have signal bars. Anyone experienced something like this? Any ideas?
