ZenFone 6 doesn't work

Hi everyone, my ZenFone doesn't work, the screen turns blue and stopped to work and to restart needs a lot of time (10 min). What can I do? Thanks so much to everyone will replay

I've send it already for a repair! 2 weeks waiting almost!! I have a feeling that this will happen again for the second time. ??
