Asus Zenfone 6 image/video quality in some apps is blurry/pixelated

Problem is that in some apps image/video quality is pixelated (1080p looks like 480p). I added pictures to show this.
This is not normal and I compared this to my older phone and image quality is not that good atleast in those apps.

Yes. I can confirm twitch works on 480p and not beyond that even if you've chosen 1080p in video quality option. I'm desperate now because I've paid a good amount for it and honestly it's an expensive phone for me. Any update on this guys?
