WebRTC in Chrome after upgrade to Android 11 no longer work

After upgrade my zenfone 6 to Android 11 , all WebRTC application no longer work in Chrome or other browser. Either use mobile or wifi network (no firewall), it won't connect. I think it's the issues with UDP being blocked?
